Welcome Moo-la!

CowParade is the largest and most recognized public art event in the world.  Recently, an auction of these cows benefited the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas and included Austin’s 74 sculptures.  Roscoe Properties acquired one of these cows.  So, please welcome “Moo-la” to the Roscoe family!
