On February 16th, the entire Roscoe team boarded a bus and ventured all over Austin touring every property we manage. It was a great way to get to know our sister communities, our town and more importantly our Roscoe family!

CowParade is the largest and most recognized public art event in the world. Recently, an auction of these cows benefited the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas and included Austin’s 74 sculptures. Roscoe Properties acquired one of these cows. On Saturday, September 24th we had a Grand Opening event of our newly redesigned apartment complex, The Grove! We had food, drinks, a moon bounce, a sparkling pool, bands, puppies, face-painting, balloon animals, vendors and best of all GREAT times with GREAT neighbors! Last Friday, the residents of our Manor Road communities – House 2604, House 2500, Ancient Oaks, Shady Oaks and Archway Apartments – joined the office and maintenance staff for our inaugural holiday pizza party. We were able to partner with the terrific Red House Pizzeria & Lounge for an evening of food, fun and raffle prizes!
